Sorry for making another thread....
I have a problem with my turn signal (the handle that you press up or down to make your blinker/signal light up).
What do you guys call this switch/handle?
When I push it up to make it blink to the righ, my blinker arrow lights up...but when I push down, there is no light or it something clicks very fast. But im aiming toward dead.
So when I slowly push it down ..not all the way down but maybe 1/3 of the way and held it in place by itself there...the blinker works and my left arrow blinks.
I image it might be a bad connector or something ...
if you know what the name of this part is call ....maybe I can DIY repair...i seen guide on how to do this..pretty easy.
Also if there is a guide...plz help me out iwth a link.

Could be a bad turn signal stalk switch, or it could be a burned out lightbulb / short in the electrical / defective flasher relay.
First verify that when you see the arrows on the dash display come one, do they correspond to the actual flashers lighting up on the car (have someone check the blinkers on the car).

The dash board with the flash display work just fine. Both of the dasher corrispone to each of the blinker. I am pretty sure it the handle or contact when i push it down.
Just need to know what you guys call the handle so I can maybe find a part and try to replace and see if that is the problem.
EDIT: Thanks fishexpo for the name ...... turn signal switch...lol
now how much would one of this go for at autozone or o rally? any guide on how to do this repair?
