Tapping the headlight wire

I am looking for a good place in the cabin to tap the headlight wire. I am going to use it for some indiglo gauges. I actually want to tap the wire that is for the parking lights. (So the gauges turn on with the parking lights, not just the headlights.) I was hoping someone knew a good wire to use in the driver's footwell, or around the fusebox. I do not have a voltage meter, so I wouldn't be able to easily find it, myself. I'd also need a good ground wire.

There is a +12V solid green wire at the bottom of the fuse box for the parking lights.

I would just ground it to the body/chassis of the car.

That is a spectacularly perfect photo of what I needed.

I ended up doing this, this weekend. I didn't want to, but when I took out my cluster to replace a burned out bulb, I accidently tore out the wire from my indiglos. Anyway, I used some crimp caps and wired it directly into the harness that plugs into the gauge cluster. Positive is a green wire and negative a brown, on the white harness plug. Works like a charm. Zip tied the wiring in a much better fashion, so it won't put stress anywhere unccessarily now. I got wire strippers and crimp caps for my radio install, and I've slowly been fixing all my half-assed wiring all over the car.
