Good headphones for running

I'm looking for a good sounding pair of headphones/earphones for running. The iPod buds fall out, as do my Bose "in-ears."

Quality is important, but the major issue is having the darn things stay in my ears. Ideally, I'd like recommendations at $150 and under.
