We have several computers sharing a router in our home. My iMac is the only one affected by the problem. I will get several days in a row of having my computer disconnect from the internet.
The box message error I get says my IP address is in use by a different user. What I am trying to find out is has anyone else ever had this issue? Was it an airport card problem or an issue with your modem or router?
The only way to fix so far has been to shutdown and restart the iMac several times over while restarting the router as well. I would appreciate any suggestions.
