Internet tethering with iphone

Hi, my new macbook pro asks to shut down whenever I surfing the net using iphone's internet tethering (since my home wireless is temporarily down). I found that it doesn't happened without using tethering.
I tried different ways of connecting such as USB only, Bluetooth only, offing Data Roaming. But in the end, it is the same shut down page came out and nth able to continue with the work. Once it restarts, the error details is started with as follows:

Interval Since Last Panic Report: 11232 sec
Panics Since Last Report: 25
Anonymous UUID: CF339B73-689F-4F8D-B761-B810D3DDCB2E

and so on. So, plz help me source the problem. let me know if further info is necessary too.
