Screen blur

Hi, I have an opportunity to buy cheap mac mini but there is a catch it do this http://img807.imageshack.us/g/picture1qi.png/ (notice the slight blur) so I want to ask if this problem is bad graphic card or wrong graphics settings? I know its hard to say but what is your opinion? If it helps its 1,42GHz model. Also excuse my bad English!

It's hard to see, because the image is rather small, but what I can see makes it look like you're running a non-native resolution on your display. If you go to system preferences, displays, and then look at the resolution, does it say "stretched" next to it? If yes, it will cause this blurring.

Difficult to say from the pictures but the blur does not look too bad on the posted image.

What was the resolution of the screen when the shot was taken?
LCD or Cathode Ray Tube monitor?

Any chance of a second monitor for reference purposes?
