Playing videos

What format do I need to play videos 0n the Droid2?
What video (app) player do I need to download?
Is there a recommended music video converter to move the video to the correct format?

There are loads of different video players out there, and I'm sure others can give you more ideas as I have not focused much on video players however;

Vplayer works well, (I have yet to have any issues with it)

with the mVideoPlayer. At the time I was researching and downloading different ones, this was one of the very few were videos weren't laggy. Do a Google search on it and you'll find more info on it.

I used bigasoft total video converter to transform video to droid format. The full guide instructs step by step to convert video to droid video and audio format:

I personally recommend Format Factory (http://download.cnet.com/FormatFactory/3000-2194_4-10968547.html?tag=mncol;1) since it can convert to several formats and it not only converts Video, but also audio and several other file types for Free! (not Free to Try) It already has several presets for compatibility with several devices, what you can do is take a small video convert it on your PC using one of the presets and test it on your phone, using trial and error you should be able to find the format that is best for your phone.

Here is a storage option:

It is user-friendly and makes me really enjoy converting.
